What types of products do you offer?

We offer a wide variety of freshly baked goods including bread, cakes, pastries, cookies, muffins, cupcakes, and pies.( We update our menu from time to time, follow us on Instagram for any updates @countryside.bakery.uae ) We also provide customized cakes for special occasions.
How can I place an order?

You can place an order through our WhatsApp number (+971 - 58 561 0103) . For custom orders (such as cakes), we recommend placing the order at least 10 Days in advance.
Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we offer delivery within [Alain city only. ] You can place your order via WhatsApp, and we will deliver it to your doorstep. Delivery fees may apply depending on the location.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash on delivery, Bank transfer (ADIB) .
How do I store my baked goods at home?

To ensure your baked goods stay fresh, store them in an airtight container at room temperature for a few days. For cakes, we recommend refrigerating them if they contain cream or perishable fillings. ( You will receive a note on how to store each item )
What should I do if I have an issue with my order?

If you have any issues with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your product. We will work with you to resolve the issue, whether it’s a damaged product or an incorrect order. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Can I get a refund for my order?

Refunds are typically not provided for perishable items, but if there is a mistake with your order or a product is damaged, we will do our best to resolve the issue either with a replacement or store credit.
Can I pick up my order in-store?

Sorry we don't offer pick up in store at the moment
Do you use preservatives in your baked goods?

No, we do not use preservatives in our products. We bake fresh every day, and our products are meant to be consumed within a few days of purchase for the best taste and texture ( usually to be consumed with in 3 days of produce).
Do you take large orders for events or corporate functions?

We are sorry, currently we can not accept large orders
Do you offer gluten-free, dairy-free, or vegan options?

Yes and no. While we do offer some products made without gluten, we cannot guarantee they are completely gluten-free, as we work with gluten in the same kitchen. However, our wheat-free options are a great choice for those looking to reduce their wheat intake. You can check our website under each product for information on any allergens in our products.
Can I customize a cake for a special event?

Yes, we specialize in custom cakes for Graduations, Ramadan, anniversaries, and other celebrations. You can choose the design, flavor, and size. Please provide us with all the details in advance to ensure we can meet your expectations.
